Generally, we have  certificates, They are
1. EV Certificate => Extended Validation Certificate
2. Wild Card Certificate => Eg:- *.icici.com
3. DV Certificate = > Domain Validated Certificate
If the lock is not visible in the site URL, that means that site has no SSL Certified OK.
In case the organization has multiple sites, it is recommended to choose wild card Certificate.
Eg:- *.icici.com
Before the * ie wildcard all of that sites before the indication of * represents are wildcard certified sites.
