problem : unable to get file lock, will retry When you see the following error:
Solution:
Stop the console Ctrl+C
Go to the \user_projects\domains\\servers\\tmp\
above could be AdminServer if you are facing issue starting adminserver, wls_ods1 if you are seeing issues
starting wls_ods1 managed server or wls_oif1
Locate the .lok file in the tmp folder and delete it. (In case of windows machine, the system might not allow you to delete it, in such a case I just restarted my machine and deleted the .lok file. There might be some other better way without needing to restart the server)
Now just start the server to see the issue is gone.
